Tutorials

  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Customers’
  3. Click ‘Vehicles’
  4. Click ‘Create’
  5. Select a customer – If the customer is not on the list, you will need to create the customer first (See Shop: Add a customer for instructions)
  6. Enter all required information
  7. Click ‘Submit’
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Service’
  3. Click ‘Custom checklists’
  4. Click ‘Create checklist’
  5. Add a title
  6. Add the expected hours
  7. Add the per hour rate
  8. Make sure status is set to ‘enabled’
  9. Enter a title for ‘Group 1’
  10. Enter a description for ‘Check item 1’
  11. To add options:
    1. Add option title
    2. Select whether an image is required, optional, or no image is required
    3. Select whether a remark is required, optional, or no remark is required
    4. Click ‘+ Option’
  12. You can add as many groups or items as you’d like by clicking the respective ‘+ Group’ or ‘+ Item’ buttons
  13. Once you’ve added everything and confirmed it is correct, click ‘Submit’
Option 1: Via the invoices page
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Invoices’
  4. From the list of invoices, find the invoice you want to edit or search using the filters
  5. On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘edit’ button – This will only appear for unpaid invoices
  6. Make required changes in the available fields
  7. After double checking the information is correct, click ‘Save’
Option 2 – Via the order details page
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Orders’
  4. From the list of orders, find the order you want to view the invoice for
  5. On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘edit’ button – This will only appear for unpaid invoices
  6. Make required changes in the available fields
  7. After double checking the information is correct, click ‘Save’
Option 1: Via the invoices page
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Invoices’
  4. From the list of invoices, find the invoice you want to view or search using the filters
  5. On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘view’ button
Option 2 – Via the order details page
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Orders’
  4. From the list of orders, find the order you want to view the invoice for
  5. On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
  6. Scroll down to the invoice section
  7. On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘view’ button

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Orders’
  4. From the list of orders, find the order you want to manage
  5. On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
  6. In the job card section, click the dropdown menu next to workers
  7. Select any number of workers
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the job card section and click ‘Save’.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Orders’
  4. From the list of orders, find the order you want to close
  5. On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the job card and click ‘End this job card’
  7. Review the parts summary and if changes need to be made, change them on the job card and click save before proceeding (See Shop: Manage ongoing orders if you need instructions)
  8. Click ‘Next’
  9. Click ‘ End job card’
  10. Click ‘Yes’
  11. Now that you have ended the job card, an invoice will appear at the bottom of the page.
  12. If there are any changes that need to be made to the invoice, it must be done before you close the order. (See Shop: Edit an invoice if you need instructions)
  13. Scroll back to the top of the page and click ‘Close this order’
  14. If there are unpaid invoices:
    1. Click ‘View detail’
    2. On the new page, click ‘Change status’
    3. Click ‘Confirm’
    4. Go back to the order by clicking on the ‘Detail’ tab
    5. Click ‘Close this order’ again
  15. Click ‘Next’
  16. Click ‘Close this order’
  17. Click ‘Yes’

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Orders’
  4. From the list of orders, find the order you want to manage
  5. On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
  6. The progress of the order will be shown in the bar at the top of the screen
  7. In the job card section, you can make changes to:
    • Tasks:
      • Description
      • Estimated time
      • Parts
        • Description
        • Part number
        • Serial number
        • Estimate quantity
        • Actual quantity
        • Unit price
    • Notes
  8. Add tasks by clicking ‘+ task’
  9. Add parts by clicking ‘+ item’
  10. Delete parts by clicking the ‘X’ on the right-hand side then ‘Yes’ to confirm
  11. Ensure you save the changes by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
  3. Click ‘Create job card’
  4. Select or create a new customer
  5. Select or create a new vehicle
  6. To add a custom checklist, select it from the checklist drop-down menu
  7. To add a task:
    1. Add the task name
    2. Add labor hours
    3. Add unit price (price per hour)
    4. To add a part:
      1. Add part description
      2. Add part number (optional)
      3. Add serial number (optional)
      4. Add quantity
      5. Add unit price
    5. To add additional parts, click ‘+ Part’
    6. Add comments (optional)
  8. To add additional tasks, click ‘+ Task’
  9. To add a call out fee:
    1. Add base rate
    2. Add mileage
    3. Add price per km
  10. Add notes (optional)
  11. Once you’ve double checked all the information is correct, click ‘Create’

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘Shop’
  4. Update the required fields
  5. Click ‘Save’

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘User’
  4. To update user information, on the right-hand side of the user, click the ‘Edit’ button
  5. Update the required fields
  6. Click ‘Edit’
  7. To delete a user, on the right-hand side of the user, click the ‘Delete’ button.
  8. Click ‘OK’

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘User’
  4. Above the list of users, click ‘Add’
  5. Enter first and last name, mobile and email
  6. Click ‘ok’
  7. The shop manager will now be able to login through via https://shop.enroute-tech.com/ using the mobile number they were registered with.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Work’
  3. To delete a worker from the list, click the ‘delete’ button
  4. Click ‘OK’

  2. Click on ‘Register’
  3. Enter your mobile, name, email and company name
  4. Click ‘Next’.
  5. Enter your name, ABN, post code and ACN (optional)
  6. Click ‘Next’
  7. Start typing your address and select the correct address from the dropdown
  8. Check ‘I agree’
  9. Click ‘Next’
  10. Once the team at Enroute has reviewed and approve your request you will receive an email notification and can login via https://shop.enroute-tech.com/ 
  1. Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/ 
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Worker’
  3. Above the list of workers, click ‘Add’
  4. Enter the worker’s name, mobile, and driver’s license (optional)
  5. Click ‘Add’
  6. The worker will then be able to login to the worker app using the same mobile number.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Service’.
  3. Above the list of services, click ‘Add’
  4. Select a service type, enter hours and rates, then click ‘Add’.
  5. You should then see it appear in your list of services.
  6. To edit your offered services, in the service page, click the ‘edit’ button on the right-hand side
  7. Set the status to ‘enable’ or ‘disable’
  8. Click ‘Edit’
  1. Open the Enroute Worker app (If this is your first time using the app, check out our ‘How to register’ tutorial)
  2. Open the order and swipe to start
  3. Click on the inspection in the Job Card
  4. Click ‘Start’
  5. Select a response for each item on the checklist by tapping the box
  6. Add a photo if required
  7. Add a note to any task if required
  8. Once you’ve responded to each checklist item, click ‘End’
  9. Add your signature
  10. Click ‘End task’
  1. Open the Enroute Worker app (If this is your first time using the app, check out our ‘How to register’ tutorial)
  2. The status is on the bottom right-hand side of the order
  3. Click on the order to view the status of each task
  4. Each task will have an icon to show the status, i.e., ongoing, paused, complete.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Service’
  3. Click ‘List’
  4. On the right of the service you wish to view, click the ‘view’ button
  5. To view pricing information and invoice, click the ‘view’ button in the solution section.

  3. Click ‘ Company’
  4. Make changes to any of the available fields
  5. Click ‘Save’
  6. For fields that are greyed out, get in touch with support who will be able to assist.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Vehicle’
  3. In the vehicle list, click on the ‘view’ button on the right of the vehicle you wish to view the inspections of
  4. Click ‘Inspection’ to reveal the list of inspections
  5. To view more detail, click the ‘view’ button next to the inspection
  6. Here you will see the inspection results in groups along with any photos taken.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘Custom Inspection’
  4. Click ‘Add’
  5. Enter a title for the checklist
  6. Enter a name for the first group of items
  7. Add the first item name
  8. Add the title for your first option
  9. Select whether the driver is required to take a photo or not
  10. Click ‘+ Option’
You can repeat steps 6 through 10 as many times as you’d like, creating additional groups, items or options.
  1. Login to https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Vehicle’
  3. In the vehicle list, click on the gear icon on the right of the vehicle you wish to add the reminder to
  4. Enter the mileage and months you want between each service
  5. Enter the mileage and months you’d like to be notified before your next service is due
  6. Click ‘Save’.
  7. Complete the required fields and click ‘Save’.
You can also save these settings as a template to be used on other vehicles by clicking ‘Save as Template’ and giving it a name. Similarly, you can click ‘Select from Templates’ to select from your previously saved templates.
  1. Login to https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘User’
  4. Above the list of users, click ‘Add’
  5. Enter first and last name, mobile and email
  6. Click ‘ok’
  7. The logistics manager will now be able to login through via https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/ using the mobile number they were registered with.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Driver’
  3. To change the enable/disable a driver’s access, click the ‘edit’ button
  4. Change the status to either ‘Enable’ or ‘Disable’
  5. Click ‘Save’
  6. To delete a worker from the list, click the ‘delete’ button
  7. Click ‘Confirm’
  1. Login to https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Vehicle’
  3. In the vehicle list, click on the ‘logs’ button on the right of the vehicle you wish to add the service record to.
  4. In the ‘Service’ tab you will see a list of past services, where you can click on the ‘view’ button to see more information.
  5. To view any attached invoice or receipts, simply click on the attachment.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Vehicle’
  3. Above the list of vehicles, click ‘Add’
  4. Enter rego, VIN, category, year, make, model and any additional details in the information section, then click ‘ok’.

  3. In the vehicle list, click on the ‘logs’ button on the right of the vehicle you wish to add the service record to.
  4. In the ‘Service’ tab, click ‘Add’.
  5. Complete the required fields and click ‘Save’.

  2. In the panel on the left, click ‘Driver’
  3. Above the list of drivers Click ‘Add’
  4. Enter name, mobile and driver’s license
  5. Set the status to ‘Enable’
  6. Click ‘ok’
  7. The driver will then be able to login to the driver app using the mobile number they were registered with
  1. Go to https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
  2. Click on ‘Register’
  3. Enter your mobile, name, email and company name, then click ‘Next’.
  4. Enter your legal name, ABN, post code and ACN, then click ‘Next’
  5. Start typing your address, then select the correct address from the dropdown
  6. Check ‘I agree’, then click ‘Next’
  7. Once complete, you will see the below message confirming your request to register
  8. Once the team at Enroute has reviewed and approve your request you will receive an email notification and can login via https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
  1. Open the Enroute Driver app (If this is your first time using the app, check out our ‘How to register’ tutorial)
  2. Click ‘Enter your rego’
  3. Select your vehicle
  4. Click ‘Towing’ at the bottom left
  5. If you want to choose a specific time for the tow, click ‘Call now’ and input the time, otherwise it will default to ordering the first available.
  6. Enter your vehicle location
  7. Enter the destination for the tow
  8. To select a specific shop, click ‘Specific shop or assign by system’ otherwise it will default to broadcasting to nearby shops.
  9. Enter your payload
  10. Click ‘Next’
  11. Click the camera icon
  12. Take a photo of your vehicle to make it easier to find
  13. Click ‘Confirm’
Before registering, the Logistics manager will need to add you as a driver to their system using your nominated mobile number, then you can:
  1. Open the Enroute Driver app (Download for Apple or Android)
  2. Enter your mobile number
  3. Tick ‘I agree to comply with the Terms & Privacy’
  4. Tick ‘I agree to receive text message’
  5. Click ‘Send Code’
  6. Enter the one-time code received as a text message
  7. Click ‘Login’
  1. Open the Enroute Driver app (If this is your first time using the app, check out our ‘How to register’ tutorial)
  2. Click ‘Mine’
  3. Click ‘My vehicles’
  4. Click ‘Add’
  5. Enter your vehicle’s VIN number, state of registration, rego number, category, year, make and model.
  6. Additionally, optional information such as odometer reading can be added by clicking the small red arrow
  7. Click ‘Save’
