Shop: Add a vehicle

- Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
- In the panel on the left, click ‘Customers’
- Click ‘Vehicles’
- Click ‘Create’
- Select a customer – If the customer is not on the list, you will need to create the customer first (See Shop: Add a customer for instructions)
- Enter all required information
- Click ‘Submit’

Shop: Create a custom checklist

- In the panel on the left, click ‘Service’
- Click ‘Custom checklists’
- Click ‘Create checklist’
- Add a title
- Add the expected hours
- Add the per hour rate
- Make sure status is set to ‘enabled’
- Enter a title for ‘Group 1’
- Enter a description for ‘Check item 1’
- To add options:
- Add option title
- Select whether an image is required, optional, or no image is required
- Select whether a remark is required, optional, or no remark is required
- Click ‘+ Option’
- You can add as many groups or items as you’d like by clicking the respective ‘+ Group’ or ‘+ Item’ buttons
- Once you’ve added everything and confirmed it is correct, click ‘Submit’
Shop: Edit an invoice

Option 1: Via the invoices page
- Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
- In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
- Click ‘Invoices’
- From the list of invoices, find the invoice you want to edit or search using the filters
- On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘edit’ button – This will only appear for unpaid invoices
- Make required changes in the available fields
- After double checking the information is correct, click ‘Save’
- Login to https://shop.enroute-tech.com/
- In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
- Click ‘Orders’
- From the list of orders, find the order you want to view the invoice for
- On the right-hand side of the invoice, click the ‘edit’ button – This will only appear for unpaid invoices
- Make required changes in the available fields
- After double checking the information is correct, click ‘Save’

Shop: Assign workers to a job

- In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
- Click ‘Orders’
- From the list of orders, find the order you want to manage
- On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
- In the job card section, click the dropdown menu next to workers
- Select any number of workers
- Scroll to the bottom of the job card section and click ‘Save’.
Shop: Close an order

- In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
- Click ‘Orders’
- From the list of orders, find the order you want to close
- On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
- Scroll to the bottom of the job card and click ‘End this job card’
- Review the parts summary and if changes need to be made, change them on the job card and click save before proceeding (See Shop: Manage ongoing orders if you need instructions)
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘ End job card’
- Click ‘Yes’
- Now that you have ended the job card, an invoice will appear at the bottom of the page.
- If there are any changes that need to be made to the invoice, it must be done before you close the order. (See Shop: Edit an invoice if you need instructions)
- Scroll back to the top of the page and click ‘Close this order’
- If there are unpaid invoices:
- Click ‘View detail’
- On the new page, click ‘Change status’
- Click ‘Confirm’
- Go back to the order by clicking on the ‘Detail’ tab
- Click ‘Close this order’ again
- Click ‘Next’
- Click ‘Close this order’
- Click ‘Yes’
Shop: Manage ongoing orders

- In the panel on the left, click ‘Sales’
- Click ‘Orders’
- From the list of orders, find the order you want to manage
- On the right hand side of the order, click the ‘view’ button
- The progress of the order will be shown in the bar at the top of the screen
- In the job card section, you can make changes to:
- Tasks:
- Description
- Estimated time
- Parts
- Description
- Part number
- Serial number
- Estimate quantity
- Actual quantity
- Unit price
- Notes
- Tasks:
- Add tasks by clicking ‘+ task’
- Add parts by clicking ‘+ item’
- Delete parts by clicking the ‘X’ on the right-hand side then ‘Yes’ to confirm
- Ensure you save the changes by clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.
Shop: Create a job card

- Click ‘Create job card’
- Select or create a new customer
- Select or create a new vehicle
- To add a custom checklist, select it from the checklist drop-down menu
- To add a task:
- Add the task name
- Add labor hours
- Add unit price (price per hour)
- To add a part:
- Add part description
- Add part number (optional)
- Add serial number (optional)
- Add quantity
- Add unit price
- To add additional parts, click ‘+ Part’
- Add comments (optional)
- To add additional tasks, click ‘+ Task’
- To add a call out fee:
- Add base rate
- Add mileage
- Add price per km
- Add notes (optional)
- Once you’ve double checked all the information is correct, click ‘Create’

Shop: Add a worker

- Enter the worker’s name, mobile, and driver’s license (optional)

- The worker will then be able to login to the worker app using the same mobile number.

- Select a service type, enter hours and rates, then click ‘Add’.
- You should then see it appear in your list of services.
- To edit your offered services, in the service page, click the ‘edit’ button on the right-hand side
- Set the status to ‘enable’ or ‘disable’
- Click ‘Edit’

- Add a photo if required
- Add a note to any task if required
- Once you’ve responded to each checklist item, click ‘End’

Worker: Check the status of an order

- Enter the mileage and months you want between each service

- Complete the required fields and click ‘Save’.

- In the ‘Service’ tab you will see a list of past services, where you can click on the ‘view’ button to see more information.
- To view any attached invoice or receipts, simply click on the attachment.

- Enter your legal name, ABN, post code and ACN, then click ‘Next’
- Start typing your address, then select the correct address from the dropdown
- Check ‘I agree’, then click ‘Next’
- Once complete, you will see the below message confirming your request to register
- Once the team at Enroute has reviewed and approve your request you will receive an email notification and can login via https://logistics.enroute-tech.com/
Driver: Request towing

- Open the Enroute Driver app (If this is your first time using the app, check out our ‘How to register’ tutorial)
- Click ‘Enter your rego’
- Select your vehicle
- Click ‘Towing’ at the bottom left
- If you want to choose a specific time for the tow, click ‘Call now’ and input the time, otherwise it will default to ordering the first available.
- Enter your vehicle location
- Enter the destination for the tow
- To select a specific shop, click ‘Specific shop or assign by system’ otherwise it will default to broadcasting to nearby shops.
- Enter your payload
- Click ‘Next’
- Click the camera icon
- Take a photo of your vehicle to make it easier to find
- Click ‘Confirm’
Driver: How to register

Before registering, the Logistics manager will need to add you as a driver to their system using your nominated mobile number, then you can:

- Click ‘Mine’
- Click ‘My vehicles’
- Click ‘Add’
- Enter your vehicle’s VIN number, state of registration, rego number, category, year, make and model.
- Additionally, optional information such as odometer reading can be added by clicking the small red arrow
- Click ‘Save’
